I reached out to the way home after purchasing dog tags years ago for my brother's bachelor party, it was a very close union of my brothers and our cousin and I purchased them to try and signify (as corny as it was) that we would always have that bond and a dogtag to remember it by, that was in 2018 and since then they've completely stopped talking to me, there's a lot of unknowns but I couldn't figure out how to deal with it anymore even though I knew I should've, tough for me to admit but It really hurt. When I reached out to them a few weeks ago, I sent a message explaining my situation and I asked if they could by any possibility create a special one for me. They reached back out immediately and they were so willing and polite and they completely understood me, this is the biggest gift I could've received and my birthday was on the 17th, they have no idea how valuable they are and I hope they grow so much. The dog tag and chain are great Quality. The images on the website match exactly the product received. The words on a dog tag are small to medium font. The tag and chain came in a very nice gift box. The gift box was tan brown with the plush pillow and the box had a strap to seal it shut so the contents don’t fall out
